In order for your journey to be an success you need your products to be delivered to your destination in time to start the process.

All requirements are suppose to be met based off the confirmation of details and completion of payment and transactions that each hair product is designed to convey.

How long will it take to get my order?

Each Hair product are naturally homemade with organic products mixed together. The products cannot be sold to other clients if used or opened therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is important to make sure all given information is correct before the order is processed for shipping.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

However, if you are not happy about the product you have received you can pay for A RETURN ON YOUR OWN WITHIN THE FIRST THREE DAYS FROM ITS DELIVERY AND HAVE IT EXCHANGED WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT OF CHOICE, YOU CAN RECEIVE STORE CREDIT AND FULL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED WITHIN THE FIRST THREE DAYS SINCE IT IS A HAIR PRODUCT. Once it is confirmed to be in your possession the three days start and if It's not the product your looking for you cannot receive your money back or exchange for another product with the similar pricing after the three days.

What if your Refund...

Depending on the reasoning for a REFUND you will be denied access to purchase products from this website. If you use the product and want to return it for what ever reason you will only receive a partial refund still within the three days after receiving it.

I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?

I'm not home?
If it's a accidental spillage and you want a new one bottle you can get a new one for half the price of the original price so your guaranteed a discount on our behalf as a company.

Risk of Loss

All products take 2-3 days separate from the shipping dates to process each order due to all the products being homemade. Orders can only be canceled 12 hours after placing the order free of charge. Contact us to cancel an order. Any order canceled after 12 hours is automatically will be removed from making future purchases.
